Qualifications

• At least 21 years of age.
• Minimum of 3 years DDD Management experience.
• High school diploma or GED, BA/BS preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with 4 points or less.
• 5 years of successful employment with adults with disabilities.

Responsibilities

• Supervise individual care and recordkeeping.
• Coordinate staff and conduct training.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
• Oversee budgetary expenditures for the facility.
