Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required; B.A. preferred in related field.
• Minimum of one year of supervisory experience in a day habilitation program.
• Experience working with people with intellectual or developmental disabilities.
• Driver's license valid in NJ; ability to drive agency vehicles if needed.
• Willingness to learn computer programs and maintain documentation.

Responsibilities

• Provide training and supervision to staff; review notes for Medicaid billing.
• Assist in ISP planning and implementation with Support Coordinator.
• Ensure accurate documentation: ISP notes, incident reports, medications, and logs.
• Coordinate with Director on program files, budgets, and compliance.
• Drive residents to activities using program vehicles as needed.
