Job summary

Catholic Charities-Dept For Persons With Disabilities (DPD) is seeking an Associate Director to partner with the program Director to deliver quality services at Gruenert Center. The role emphasizes supervising staff, ensuring Medicaid compliance, and overseeing ISP-related tasks to enhance residents'' quality of life.

The position requires full-time hours (Mon-Fri 8:30am-4:30pm) with on-call flexibility and extends to administrative duties to support program operations within the Gruenert

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required; B.A. preferred in Special Education or related field.
• Minimum of one year of supervisory experience in a day habilitation program and one year working with people with intellectual or developmental disabilities.
• Must have a driver''s license valid in New Jersey and not exceed 5 points; may be asked to drive agency vehicles.
• Willingness to learn computer programs; ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain documentation.

Responsibilities

• Provide training and supervision to staff.
• Supervise staff in all job responsibilities and provide feedback to improve performance.
• Review fee-for-service notes to ensure Medicaid compliance and accurate billing.
• Participate in ISP development and implementation with Support Coordinators.
• Coordinate program files, documentation, and audits; ensure timely and accurate reporting.
