Job summary

Lutheran Services Florida (LSF) is looking for a Group Home Program Director to oversee and coordinate holistic services for children and families. This role, based in Loxahatchee Groves, Florida, involves supervising programs, managing staff, and ensuring compliance with licensing requirements.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree and significant experience in program management, with a background in human services highly preferred.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in program management or related field.
• Must possess a valid state driver’s license.
• Must pass FBI and Child Abuse and Neglect Checks.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate a continuum of care for LSF clients.
• Supervise programs and staff under scope of responsibility.
• Prepare improvement and corrective action plans.
• Develop and administer program budgets.
