Job summary

Lutheran Services Florida, Inc. is seeking a Group Home Program Director to oversee a continuum of care, ensure quality and culturally competent services, and coordinate with stakeholders in the local system of care. This non-direct care role will manage staffing, budgeting, reporting, and program evaluation.

The position emphasizes regulatory compliance, data analysis, and community outreach, with travel as needed and a flexible schedule in support of program goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human services is required.
• Master’s degree in social work or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor daily operation of assigned program functions.
• Supervise all programs and staff under scope of responsibility.
• Ensure licensing, quality assurance, and fiscal requirements are met.
• Recruit, hire, train, and supervise staff.
• Prepare improvement and corrective action plans for staff compliance.
• Develop and administer program budgets; review monthly financials.
• Prepare program reports reflecting activity and outcomes.
• Attend meetings and coordinate with stakeholders; report to Regional Director.
• Conduct outreach and community development tasks.
