Job summary

Lutheran Services Florida (LSF) seeks a Program Director III to oversee a continuum of care, ensuring culturally competent services and high-quality outcomes. The role coordinates with stakeholders, monitors data, and supports staff through supervision, training, and crisis management.

The Program Director III may direct clinical or 24-hour shelter programs, with licensure as required, and will provide technical expertise agency-wide.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human services is required.
• Master's degree in social work or a related field preferred.
• If directing a clinical program, requires licensure (LCSW/LMHC/LMFT).

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operation of assigned program functions.
• Supervise program staff and ensure clinical supervision and case coordination.
• Ensure compliance with licensing, QA, and fiscal requirements.
• Lead or facilitate clinical training and evidence-based practices.
• Manage program budgets and monitor contract compliance.
