Job summary

Lutheran Services Florida (LSF) is seeking a Family Support Supervisor to lead and coach the Family Support Worker team and ensure delivery of services in alignment with LSF’s mission. The role emphasizes supervision, accountability, and collaborative program management.

The supervisor will work with HR on staffing, evaluations, and training, while maintaining compliance with agency policies and quality standards. A driver’s license is required for field visits.

Qualifications

• GED/High School diploma required.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Services preferred.
• One to three (1-3) years’ experience with community/social service agencies; supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervision and coaching of Family Support Workers.
• Manage staff scheduling and attendance to ensure policy compliance.
• Coordinate transportation, supervised visitation, and support for foster families.
• Collaborate with HR on hiring, terminations, evaluations, training and development.
• Ensure staff are trained to provide quality client services and conduct performance evaluations.
