Job summary

Acme Providers, Inc. in Greensburg, PA, is seeking a Full Time Residential Supervisor to oversee day-to-day operations of a Greensburg-area group home.

You will lead staff, ensure high standards of care, maintain the home environment, and coordinate ISP implementation. The role reports to the Program Specialist and requires 2 years’ experience in the IDD field, a valid driver’s license, and successful background checks.

Qualifications

• 2 years experience as House Manager/Team Leader in the IDD field.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Pass required Clearances / Criminal Background Checks.
• Complete initial orientation training and Program Specialist orientation.
• Physical and TB test completed upon hire.
• High School Diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Maintain positive working relationships with all levels of Acme Providers Team members.
• Supervise staff and ensure timely, professional duties.
• Manage the budgets and finances for the home and develop strategies to reduce costs.
• Schedule and coordinate events at the home, such as parties and other special occasions.
• Ensure home is clean and properly maintained.
• Maintain and update records for the home, such as maintenance logs and inventory lists.
• Handle administrative requests in a timely manner.
• Implementing the ISP's as written, coordinating and completing assessments.
• Facilitating regulatory requirements for ODP licensed homes.
• Weekly on-call for your home and weekend on-call rotations.
• as needed
• Other related tasks as per ODP compliance.

We are looking for an experienced Residential Supervisor to oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of a residential home. The Residential Supervisor will be responsible for supervising staff, ensuring that the home is maintained and managed according to the highest standards.

• Must have a High School Diploma or GED.
