Job summary

Orion Homes is seeking a Group Home Manager to oversee one of our residential group homes in Phoenix, Glendale, or Peoria. The role combines on-call flexibility with daily leadership to support residents with developmental and physical disabilities.

The ideal candidate has group home management experience and is a State of Arizona Certified Caregiver, with strong organizational and budgeting capabilities. Competitive hourly pay and on-site schedule.

Qualifications

• Must have Group Home Management Experience and be a Certified Caregiver through the State of Arizona.
• Excellent organization and team coordination skills.
• Ability to manage budgets and schedules for a group home.

Responsibilities

• Provide non-medical assistance and companionship to residents.
• Oversee personal care and hygiene for residents (ADLs as needed).
• Ensure cleanliness of home and environment.
• Review medical needs and schedule appointments; order refills.
• Ensure correct medication procedures and counts; maintain records.
• Attend resident appointments with staff.
• Plan meals and monitor food preparation to standards.
• Purchase supplies and reconcile budgets and client funds.
