Job summary

Arizona Dream Team seeks a seasoned Program Director to oversee multiple residential group homes in the Phoenix area. The role requires hands-on leadership, ensuring safe, engaging, and compliant operations aligned with ISP plans and member-centered care.

You will supervise House Managers, coordinate services, and advocate for residents’ needs while coordinating activities and community integration across homes. Strong organizational and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Must have experience as a Program Director in a relevant setting.
• Experience in developmental disabilities (DDD) field.
• Familiarity with ISP, BBP, and CFT documentation and processes.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct operational oversight of five or more assigned residential group homes.
• Maintain a consistent physical presence within assigned homes through routine and unannounced visits.
• Ensure homes remain safe, clean, sanitary, organized, welcoming, and inspection-ready.
• Conduct routine walkthroughs and internal monitoring of assigned programs.
• Identify maintenance, safety, supply, or operational concerns and ensure timely resolution.
• Monitor member health, safety, dignity, rights, independence and quality of life.
