Job summary

Abrio Living in Phoenix, AZ is hiring a Group Home Program Manager to supervise staff and ensure daily activities meet residents' goals. This full-time role offers a hourly wage of $18.50–$20.00 and benefits.

The position requires experience with behavior management, CPR/First Aid, and Article 9; duties include mentoring residents, ensuring safety, medication administration, and collaboration with families and case managers. Standard hours are 8–5, Monday to Friday, with some weekend coverage.

Qualifications

• Experience with behavior management.
• Current CPR and First Aid certifications.
• Current Article 9 and Prevention and Support credentials.

Responsibilities

• Supervises the group home staff and coordinates daily activities to meet service objectives.
• Mentoring residents in life skills: household tasks, cleaning, laundry, meals, shopping.
• Maintains a safe environment by communicating procedures to residents and staff.
• Assists in following special or prescribed diets.
• Aids in dressing, bathing, and grooming.
• Supervises and administers prescribed medications under physician's order.
• Collaborates with family, case managers, and support team to assess resident needs.
• Provides back-up to the Program Director; schedule flexibility; some weekends; 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
