Job summary

RISE in Mesa, AZ seeks a Group Home Coordinator/Supervisor for its adult ID/DD program. You will ensure smooth day-to-day operations, support a high quality of life for residents, and lead Direct Support Professionals in person-centered care.

You will recruit, train, and supervise DSP staff, manage records, payroll and billing, and ensure licensing and contractual compliance while maintaining safe, clean environments and adherence to policies.

Qualifications

• Experience working with people with disabilities or special needs.
• Two years of supervisory experience in home care or similar setting.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and support residential group home program aligned with RISe mission and values.
• Recruit, hire, coach, train, and supervise Direct Support Professionals (DSP).
• Oversee and manage program records and payroll/billing documentation.
• Ensure licensing, survey, and contractual compliance; maintain financial oversight.
