LIFE, Inc. in Newport, NC is seeking a dedicated Group Home Worker (Full Time) to provide compassionate support and supervision to clients in a residential setting, promoting independence and well-being.

You will assist with daily living activities, meals, medications, and transportation, working 2nd shift (3:00 PM - 11:00 PM) and earning $17.50 per hour paid bi-weekly. This role offers opportunities for meaningful impact and growth within the organization.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid North Carolina driver's license required.
• Must be at least 21 years old.

Responsabilités

• Provide assistance and supervision for personal care tasks to promote dignity.
• Assist with meals, social activities, and community outings.
• Perform housekeeping, clothing care, and yard maintenance for a clean, safe home.
• Prepare meals and nutritional supplements per dietary guidelines.
• Administer prescribed medications and monitor for safety.
• Support engagement in treatment plans, document progress, and communicate with the team.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team and accompany clients on outings using company vehicles.
