Job summary

LIFE, Inc. - Wilmington is seeking a Group Home Professional for the Supply, NC area. This full-time role provides essential client care, helping with daily activities, promoting independence, and ensuring well-being in a compassionate setting.

The position offers competitive hourly pay and opportunities to positively impact clients’ lives. The role involves assisting with self-care, meals, medication administration, and participation in the interdisciplinary team to support client goals.

Qualifications

Minimum of High School Diploma or GED.
NC Driver's License.
21 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

Assist and monitor clients with self-care activities including dressing, bathing, and toileting.
Assist during meals to promote family-style dining.
Support housekeeping tasks and meal preparation.
Administer prescribed medications as directed and monitor for safety.
Follow established behavior plans and collect data per program requirements.
Participate in interdisciplinary team communications and document client information.
Transport clients in company vehicles and accompany them on community outings.
