Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum three years experience leading group fitness classes.
• Outgoing personality and excellent communication skills.
• Proficient with computer skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Design and manage group fitness programs that excite members.
• Recruit and hire enthusiastic instructors.
• Conduct performance evaluations and support staff development.
• Represent EXOS at fitness conferences for networking.
• Offer specialty training programs to staff.

Skills

Current nationally recognized group exercise certification

Current CPR/AED and First Aid certification

Knowledge of exercise program modification for high risk clientele

Communication skills

Customer service skills

Education

Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science or Kinesiology
