The role emphasizes safety, motivation, and staying current with trends in group exercise to help members reach their health goals and enjoy their workouts.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of experience actively leading group exercise classes.
• Current nationally accredited group exercise certification (AFAA, ACE, ACSM, NETA).
• CPR/AED certification is mandatory; First Aid certification preferred.
• Instructors teaching licensed/branded formats must be trained/licensed for those formats.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to motivate and inspire individuals in a group setting.
• Passion for fitness and promoting a healthy lifestyle.

Responsibilities

• Lead engaging and results-driven group exercise classes with safety and fun.
• Develop and deliver routines for various fitness levels and abilities.
• Provide personalized support and modifications as needed.
