Job summary

Exos is seeking a Group Exercise instructor to lead our fitness classes. You will be enthusiastic about group exercise, create new routines, and motivate participants with a positive attitude.

As a professional, you will report on-time, collaborate with studio teams, and adapt leadership in and out of the studio. Must have at least one year of experience and current nationally accredited certification. CPR/AED current; First Aid is desirable.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of experience actively leading group exercise classes.
• Nationally accredited group exercise certification (AFAA, ACE, ACSM, NETA) required if necessary.
• Instructors teaching formats (e.g. Zumba, Yoga) must be trained and licensed for those formats.
• CPR/AED certification current; First Aid certification strongly desired.

Responsibilities

• Lead fitness classes and create/ deliver fresh and innovative routines.
• Be punctual, professional, and motivated to inspire participants.
• Collaborate and lead flexibly in and out of the studio.
