Job summary

Exos is seeking a Group Exercise instructor to lead our fitness classes and inspire participants with energetic, innovative routines. You will deliver engaging sessions while maintaining professionalism, punctuality, and motivation.

The role emphasizes collaboration with the studio team and flexible leadership before and after classes. Certification in CPR/AED and a valid group exercise credential are required or strongly preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of experience actively leading group exercise classes.
• Current nationally accredited group exercise certification (e.g. AFAA, ACE, ACSM, NETA) if necessary.
• Instructors teaching licensed/branded formats (e.g. Zumba, Yoga) must also be trained and licensed to teach those specific formats.
• Current CPR/AED certification (First Aid certification is strongly desired)
