Job summary

EXOS is seeking a dynamic Group Exercise Instructor to lead engaging classes and motivate participants across fitness levels. You will craft routines, provide modifications, and maintain a positive, inclusive environment that supports members in reaching their goals.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year experience actively leading successful group exercise classes.
• Current nationally accredited group exercise certification (AFAA, ACE, ACSM, NETA) required.
• CPR/AED certification is mandatory; First Aid certification preferred.
• Instructors teaching licensed/branded formats must be trained/licensed for those formats.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to motivate and inspire individuals in a group setting.
• Passion for fitness and promoting a healthy lifestyle.
