Job summary

EXOS is seeking a Group Exercise instructor to lead our fitness classes. You will create and deliver fresh, innovative routines while maintaining a professional, on-time presence and a motivating atmosphere in the studio.

The ideal candidate has at least one year of solo group exercise leadership, a current nationally accredited certification, CPR/AED, and the ability to train or license for branded formats if required. Exos values collaboration and flexible leadership across locations.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of experience actively leading group exercise classes.
• Current nationally accredited group exercise certification (e.g. AFAA, ACE, ACSM, NETA).
• Instructors teaching licensed/branded formats must also be trained and licensed to teach those formats.
• Current CPR/AED certification (First Aid certification is strongly desired).

• Be on-time with a positive attitude and motivate participants.
• Collaborate as a flexible leader in and out of the studio.
