UFC GYM in Murfreesboro, TN seeks an energetic Group Fitness Instructor to lead engaging, safe, and results-driven classes. You will motivate participants of all fitness levels and ensure proper form and cueing throughout sessions.

The role emphasizes music timing, safe demonstrations, and customer-focused service, with opportunities for advancement, training, and flexible scheduling. A current group fitness certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of exercise science principles and safe training techniques.
• General understanding of anatomy and kinesiology.
• Experience with group fitness instruction, including music timing and cueing.
• High energy level and physical stamina.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to demonstrate exercises clearly and effectively.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver structured, effective group fitness classes.
• Select appropriate music and incorporate safe, well-paced choreography.
• Demonstrate exercises while providing clear cueing and smooth transitions.
• Educate participants on proper form, modifications, and contraindications.
• Ensure safe use of all equipment and enforce studio guidelines.
• Welcome and orient new participants.
• Motivate members and create a positive, inclusive class environment.
• Monitor participants and make real-time adjustments as needed.
