Job summary

UFC GYM is seeking an energetic Group Fitness Instructor to lead engaging, safe, and results-driven classes at our Murfreesboro location. You will motivate participants of all fitness levels, demonstrate exercises with proper form, and ensure equipment safety while delivering a dynamic, inclusive class environment.

Responsibilities include planning classes, cueing music, managing time, and promoting gym programs.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of exercise science principles and safe training techniques.
• General understanding of anatomy and kinesiology.
• Experience with group fitness instruction, including music timing and cueing.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver structured, effective group fitness classes.
• Select appropriate music and incorporate safe, well-paced choreography.
• Demonstrate exercises while providing clear cueing and smooth transitions.
• Educate participants on proper form, modifications, and contraindications.
• Ensure safe use of all equipment and enforce studio guidelines.
• Welcome and orient new participants and motivate a positive class environment.
• Monitor participants and make real-time adjustments as needed.
• Arrive prepared, start/end classes on schedule and record hours.
