Job summary

Life Time, Inc. seeks a Class Experience Lead to enhance member experiences across class formats including studio, cycle, yoga, and small group sessions.

You will mentor instructors, collaborate with the Concierge Manager to guide members to appropriate classes, and oversee spaces to maintain an inviting atmosphere. Responsibilities include coaching staff, front-desk support, and updating class content on social media.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 1 year of leadership or management experience is required.
• National Group Fitness and/or LifePower Yoga Certification is required.
• Fitness and Nutrition Certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Mentor, develop, and coach team members to enhance member experiences.
• Manage spaces to ensure cleanliness, organization, and atmosphere (smell and look).
• Engage with members; connect with concierge manager; assist at front desk, cafe, and workout floor.
• Update class content on club Facebook group.

Position Summary

The Class Experience Lead supports the member experience of all Life Time classes; studio, cycle, yoga and small group. They will have knowledge of all class experiences, partnering with the Concierge Manager to supporting members in finding the right class and mentoring class instructors/teachers to be the best. The Class Experience Lead will also oversee the spaces to make sure they have the right smell and look, creating the foundation for best experience.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Mentors, develops, and coaches team members to achieve the best experiences.
• Manage best spaces; clean, organized and smell right.
• Member connection; weekly connect with concierge manager, work front desk, walking the café and workout floor.
• Update Class content on club Facebook group.

Position Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• 1 year of leadership or management experience
• National Group Fitness and/or LifePower Yoga Certification
• Fitness and Nutrition Certification

Pay

This is an hourly position with wages starting at $21.50 and pays up to $28.75, based on experience and qualifications.
