Job summary

Life Time Inc. in Flower Mound, TX is seeking a Class Experience Lead to enhance the member experience across studio, cycle, yoga and small group classes. You will mentor instructors, oversee the class spaces to maintain an inviting environment, and collaborate with the Concierge Manager to guide members to the right class.

You will also maintain spaces, monitor scent and aesthetics, and contribute to the overall atmosphere that supports superior class experiences for all members.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 1 year of leadership or management experience.
• National Group Fitness and/or LifePower Yoga Certification required.
• Fitness and Nutrition Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Mentor, develop, and coach team members to deliver the best class experiences.
• Oversee spaces to ensure clean, organized, and well-scented environments.
• Engage members and coordinate with concierge manager; attend front desk, café, and workout floor interactions.
• Update and share class content on the club's Facebook group.

Position Summary

The Class Experience Lead supports the member experience of all Life Time classes; studio, cycle, yoga and small group. They will have knowledge of all class experiences, partnering with the Concierge Manager to supporting members in finding the right class and mentoring class instructors/teachers to be the best. The Class Experience Lead will also oversee the spaces to make sure they have the right smell and look, creating the foundation for best experience.
