Job summary

HealthFitness is seeking Group Exercise Instructors to bring energy and inspiration to client sites throughout Rhode Island, including Cranston, Narragansett, East Providence, Providence, Lincoln, Warwick and more. The role offers part-time opportunities with flexibility and competitive pay.

Instructors will lead safe, engaging classes such as dance, kickboxing, stretch, boot camp and circuit, with schedule options from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM, Monday to Friday.

Qualifications

• Current group exercise instructor certification from ACE, AFAA/NASM, ACSM, NETA, NCCPT, or other NCCA nationally accredited specialty class certification required.
• Adult CPR/AED and First Aid certifications from American Heart Association, American Red Cross or American Safety & Health Institute required.
• 2+ years group exercise instruction experience strongly preferred.
• Ability to navigate electronic onboarding and timecard systems required.

Responsibilities

• In this role you will provide fun, effective, and safe group exercise to members in programs such as dance, kickboxing, stretch, boot camp, circuit, etc.

Minimum Requirements

The compensation range for this role is$30.00/hr - $55.00/hr. The final wage offer will be determined based on factors such as location, qualifications, experience, skill set, and other relevant factors.
