Job summary

HealthFitness, a Trustmark company, seeks a substitute/as-needed Group Class Instructor to support our fitness team at a client site in Horsham, PA. This flexible position offers hours that vary based on demand and class scheduling.

You will lead fun, effective, and safe group exercise such as dance, kickboxing, step, boot camp, and circuit, while maintaining required certifications and CPR/AED. Applicants must meet pre-employment requirements.

Qualifications

• Current group exercise instructor certification from ACE, AFAA/NASM, ACSM, NETA, NCCPT, or other NCCA nationally accredited specialty class certification required.
• Adult CPR/AED and First Aid certifications from American Heart Association, American Red Cross or American Safety & Health Institute required.
• 2+ years group exercise instruction experience strongly preferred.
• Ability to navigate electronic onboarding and timecard systems required.

Responsible for providing fun, effective, and safe group exercise to members such as dance, kickboxing, step, boot camp, and circuit.

Minimum Requirements

• Current group exercise instructor certification from ACE, AFAA/NASM, ACSM, NETA, NCCPT, or other NCCA nationally accredited specialty class certification required.
• Adult CPR/AED and First Aid certifications from American Heart Association, American Red Cross or American Safety & Health Institute required.

Applicants must meet hiring requirements including but not limited to pre-employment drug test. The compensation range for this role is $30/hr - $35/hr. The final wage offer will be determined based on factors such as location, qualifications, experience, skill set, and other relevant factors.
