Job summary

TITLE Boxing Club Coach delivers world‑class workouts with pre‑designed routines, leading and inspiring up to 40 participants. You’ll embody the TITLE community, energize classes, and connect with members during and after sessions.

Responsibilities include delivering classes, engaging members, and supporting front‑of‑house tasks, with potential bonuses and the chance to run one-on-one sessions. Compensation includes per‑class pay and perks.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• CPR and First Aid certification highly preferred.
• Nationally accredited fitness certification preferred (ACE, ACSM, NASM, NSCA, etc.).
• Boxing enthusiast preferred; not mandatory.
• 1–2+ years of group fitness experience preferred.
• Delivers energetic, motivating classes and leads by example.
• Coaches 2–3 pre-designed TITLE workouts per week.
• Available for mornings, evenings, and weekends.

POSITION OVERVIEW

A TITLE Boxing Club Coach is responsible for delivering a world-class experience. The position requires a strong ability to command, lead, and inspire others through a pre-designed workout. A TBC Coach must demonstrate a well-rounded knowledge of fitness and immerse themselves in the TITLE community & brand culture.

Our classes are centered around heavy bag-based boxing + strength training while empowering upwards of 40 participants to conquer their goals. We are on a mission to motivate, uplift, and ‘throw a punch at whatever life throws at us!

BRAND STANDARDS & RESPONSIBILITIES

• On-Brand Classes: Prepare for and deliver on-brand classes using our daily programming
• Connect and Engage: Arrive early and stay post-class to connect with our team, members, and first-shots
• Professional Development: Attend monthly staff meetings and development workshops
• Lead by Example: Work out alongside members during class to amplify the energy
• Team Player: Assist the front of the house with pre- and post-class responsibilities

REQUIREMENTS

• High School Diploma/GED
• CPR and First Aid certification highly preferred
• Hold a nationally accredited fitness certification highly preferred(ACE, ACSM, Cooper Institute for Aerobics Research, C.H.E.K, IFPA, NASM, NCSF, NESTA, NETA, NFPT, NSCA, PTA Global, W.I.T.S.)
• Boxing enthusiast preferred; however not a ‘knock-out’ qualification
• 1-2+ years of group fitness experience preferred
• Deliver an energetic, motivating class
• Coach a minimum of 2-3 pre-designed TITLE workout classes per week
• Ability to work early mornings, evenings, and/or weekends

COMPENSATION & PERKS

• $35-$65/class
