Job summary

TITLE Boxing Club is seeking a dynamic Coach to deliver a world-class boxing fitness experience. The role requires commanding leadership, the ability to motivate groups, and a passion for helping members reach their goals through pre-designed workouts.

You'll engage with the TITLE community, lead by example in classes, and participate in monthly trainings. The position offers mornings, evenings, and weekend shifts, with opportunities to run personal sessions and bonus structures.

Qualifications

• CPR and First Aid certification highly preferred.
• Hold a nationally accredited fitness certification highly preferred (ACE, ACSM, Cooper Institute for Aerobics Research, C.H.E.K, IFPA, NASM, NCSF, NESTA, NETA, NFPT, NSCA, PTA Global, W.I.T.S.)

Responsibilities

• On-Brand Classes: Prepare for and deliver on-brand classes using our daily programming.
• Connect and Engage: Arrive early and stay post-class to connect with our team, members, and first-shots.
• Professional Development: Attend monthly staff meetings and development workshops.
• Lead by Example: Work out alongside members during class to amplify the energy.
• Team Player: Assist the front of the house with pre- and post-class responsibilities.
