Job summary

TITLE Boxing Club in Plano, TX delivers a world-class boxing fitness experience, combining heavy bag-based boxing with strength training for up to 40 participants per class. Coaches inspire, lead, and immerse themselves in our TITLE community and brand culture.

We seek energetic coaches with 1-2+ years of group fitness experience, CPR/First Aid preferred, and a nationally accredited fitness certification. Training emphasizes delivering pre-designed TITLE workouts and prioritizing member

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• CPR and First Aid certification highly preferred.
• Nationally accredited fitness certification preferred (ACE, ACSM, etc.).
• 1-2+ years of group fitness experience.
• Deliver an energetic, motivating class.
• Coach a minimum of 2-3 pre-designed TITLE workout classes per week.
• Ability to work early mornings, evenings, and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Deliver on-brand TITLE classes using our daily programming.
• Connect with members before and after class to engage them.
• Attend monthly staff meetings and development workshops.
• Lead by example by working out alongside members.
• Assist the front of the house with pre- and post-class responsibilities.

Position Overview

A TITLE Boxing Club Coach is responsible for delivering a world-class experience. The position requires a strong ability to command, lead, and inspire others through a pre-designed workout. A TBC Coach must demonstrate a well-rounded knowledge of fitness and immerse themselves in the TITLE community & brand culture.

Our classes are centered around heavy bag-based boxing + strength training while empowering upwards of 40 participants to conquer their goals. Brand Standards & Responsibilities

• On-Brand Classes: Prepare for and deliver on-brand classes using our daily programming
• Connect and Engage: Arrive early and stay post-class to connect with our team, members, and first-shots
• Professional Development: Attend monthly staff meetings and development workshops
• Lead by Example: Work out alongside members during class to amplify the energy
• Team Player: Assist the front of the house with pre- and post-class responsibilities

REQUIREMENTS

• High School Diploma/GED
• CPR and First Aid certification highly preferred
• Hold a nationally accredited fitness certification highly preferred (ACE, ACSM, Cooper Institute for Aerobics Research, C.H.E.K, IFPA, NASM, NCSF, NESTA, NETA, NFPT, NSCA, PTA Global, W.I.T.S.)
• Boxing enthusiast preferred; however not a ‘knock-out’ qualification
• 1-2+ years of group fitness experience preferred
• Deliver an energetic, motivating class
• Coach a minimum of 2-3 pre-designed TITLE workout classes per week
• Ability to work early mornings, evenings, and/or weekends

COMPENSATION & PERKS

• $35-$65/class
