Job summary

TITLE Boxing Club is seeking a Coach to deliver a world-class boxing fitness experience in our California locations. You will lead pre-designed workouts, energize participants, and immerse yourself in TITLE culture while maintaining class quality.

Candidates should have group fitness experience and be able to work early mornings, evenings, or weekends. CPR/First Aid and a nationally recognized fitness certification are highly preferred.

Qualifications

• 1-2+ years of group fitness experience preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certification highly preferred.
• Hold a nationally accredited fitness certification highly preferred (ACE, ACSM, Cooper Institute, C.H.E.K, IFPA, NASM, NCSF, NESTA, NETA, NFPT, NSCA, PTA Global, W.I.T.S.).

Responsibilities

• On-Brand Classes: Prepare for and deliver on-brand classes using our daily programming.
• Connect and Engage: Arrive early and stay post-class to connect with our team, members, and first-shots.
• Professional Development: Attend monthly staff meetings and development workshops.
• Lead by Example: Work out alongside members during class to amplify the energy.
• Team Player: Assist the front of the house with pre- and post-class responsibilities.

A TBC Coach must demonstrate a well-rounded knowledge of fitness and immerse themselves in the TITLE community & brand culture.

Our classes are centered around heavy bag-based boxing + strength training while empowering upwards of 40 participants to conquer their goals. REQUIREMENTS

• High School Diploma/GED
• CPR and First Aid certification highly preferred
• Hold a nationally accredited fitness certification highly preferred (ACE, ACSM, Cooper Institute for Aerobics Research, C.H.E.K, IFPA, NASM, NCSF, NESTA, NETA, NFPT, NSCA, PTA Global, W.I.T.S.)
• Boxing enthusiast preferred; however not a ‘knock-out’ qualification
• 1-2+ years of group fitness experience preferred
• Deliver an energetic, motivating class
• Coach a minimum of 2-3 pre-designed TITLE workout classes per week
• Ability to work early mornings, evenings, and/or weekends
  
  

COMPENSATION & PERKS

• $35-$65/class
• Potential bonus structure(s) and ability to run personalized boxing and/or strength training sessions
