Job summary

TITLE Boxing Club is seeking a Coach to deliver world-class boxing and strength training experiences in our Edina location. You will lead pre-designed TITLE workouts, engage participants, and embody the TITLE brand culture.

The role emphasizes energetic class delivery, team collaboration, and ongoing professional development. You should have a high school diploma, and while a certified fitness credential is preferred, boxing enthusiasm and ability to motivate will also help you succeed in this

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• A nationally accredited fitness certification is highly preferred (ACE, ACSM, Cooper Institute, CH.E.K, IFPA, NASM, NCSF, NESTA, NETA, NFPT, NSCA, PTA Global, W.I.T.S.).
• 1–2+ years of group fitness experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver on-brand TITLE classes using daily programming.
• Connect with members and team before and after classes to enhance the experience.
• Attend monthly staff meetings and development workshops.
• Lead by example by working out with members during class.
• Support front-of-house with pre- and post-class duties.

A TBC Coach must demonstrate a well-rounded knowledge of fitness and immerse themselves in the TITLE community & brand culture.

Our classes are centered around heavy bag-based boxing + strength training while empowering upwards of 40 participants to conquer their goals. Brand Standards & Responsibilities

• On-Brand Classes: Prepare for and deliver on-brand classes using our daily programming
• Connect and Engage: Arrive early and stay post-class to connect with our team, members, and first-shots
• Professional Development: Attend monthly staff meetings and development workshops
• Lead by Example: Work out alongside members during class to amplify the energy
• Team Player: Assist the front of the house with pre- and post-class responsibilities

REQUIREMENTS

• High School Diploma/GED
• CPR and First Aid certification highly preferred
• Hold a nationally accredited fitness certification highly preferred (ACE, ACSM, Cooper Institute for Aerobics Research, C.H.E.K, IFPA, NASM, NCSF, NESTA, NETA, NFPT, NSCA, PTA Global, W.I.T.S.)
• Boxing enthusiast preferred; however not a knock-out qualification
• 1-2+ years of group fitness experience preferred
• Deliver an energetic, motivating class
• Coach a minimum of 2-3 pre-designed TITLE workout classes per week
• Ability to work early mornings, evenings, and/or weekends

COMPENSATION & PERKS

• $35-$65/class
