Job summary

TITLE Boxing Club in Nashville is seeking a Coach to deliver high-energy boxing and strength classes, inspiring participants and upholding our brand standards. You’ll connect with members, lead by example, and support team operations before and after classes.

The role requires delivering pre-designed workouts, engaging consistently with the TITLE community, and participating in ongoing staff development.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• CPR and First Aid certification highly preferred.
• National fitness certification preferred (ACE, ACSM, NASM, NSCA, etc.).
• Boxing enthusiast preferred but not mandatory.
• 2+ years of group fitness experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver on-brand, pre-designed TITLE workout classes.
• Arrive early and stay after class to engage with members and staff.
• Attend monthly staff meetings and development sessions.
• Work out alongside members during class to boost energy.
• Assist front-of-house with pre- and post-class duties.

POSITION OVERVIEW

A TITLE Boxing Club Coach is responsible for delivering a world-class experience. The position requires a strong ability to command, lead, and inspire others through a pre-designed workout. A TBC Coach must demonstrate a well-rounded knowledge of fitness and immerse themselves in the TITLE community & brand culture.

At TITLE Boxing Club, we believe in creating not only better boxers but better people. Our classes are centered around heavy bag-based boxing + strength training while empowering upwards of 40 participants to conquer their goals. We are on a mission to motivate, uplift, and ‘throw a punch at whatever life throws at us!

BRAND STANDARDS & RESPONSIBILITIES

• On-Brand Classes: Prepare for and deliver on-brand classes using our daily programming
• Connect and Engage: Arrive early and stay post-class to connect with our team, members, and first-shots
• Professional Development: Attend monthly staff meetings and development workshops
• Lead by Example: Work out alongside members during class to amplify the energy
• Team Player: Assist the front of the house with pre- and post-class responsibilities

REQUIREMENTS

• High School Diploma/GED
• CPR and First Aid certification highly preferred
• Hold a nationally accredited fitness certification highly preferred(ACE, ACSM, Cooper Institute for Aerobics Research, C.H.E.K, IFPA, NASM, NCSF, NESTA, NETA, NFPT, NSCA, PTA Global, W.I.T.S.)
• Boxing enthusiast preferred; however not a ‘knock-out’ qualification
• 1-2+ years of group fitness experience preferred
• Deliver an energetic, motivating class
• Coach a minimum of 2-3 pre-designed TITLE workout classes per week
• Ability to work early mornings, evenings, and/or weekends

COMPENSATION & PERKS

• $35-$65/class
