Planet Fitness PF Baseline Fitness in Saint Paul, MN is hiring a full-time Trainer to run the PE@PF group fitness program. You will design simple workouts and teach proper equipment use to help members reach their goals.

You will conduct the PE@PF program, assist new members, promote sign-ups, update class schedules bi-weekly, and support front desk operations, including member check-in and tours. A strong customer-service mindset and reliability are essential.

Qualifications

• Ability to design simple workouts and guide members safely.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills needed.

Responsibilities

• Conduct and run the PE@PF program and schedule.
• Consult with members on fitness goals and proper equipment use.
• Promote PE@PF class sign-ups creatively.
• Create bi-weekly updates with varied exercises.
• Meet class requirements based on club size and traffic.
• Assist front desk tasks: check-ins, tours, memberships.
