Baseline Fitness in Faribault, MN is seeking a full-time Trainer to lead the Planet Fitness PE@PF program, design simple workouts for new members, and instruct on proper use of equipment.

You will promote class sign-ups, create bi-weekly exercise updates, and assist front desk duties including sign-ups, tours and member updates. A commitment to fitness and excellent service is essential.

• Certification as a fitness trainer must be completed.

Responsibilities

• Run and promote the PE@PF program and follow the schedule.
• Guide members toward fitness goals and teach proper equipment use.
• Create engaging ways to sign up members for PE@PF classes.
• Prepare bi-weekly exercise updates.
• Meet class requirements based on club size and traffic.
• Assist at front desk: answer phones, check in members, sign-up new members, give tours, update accounts.
• Respond to member inquiries promptly and elevate as needed.
• Maintain clean and orderly club appearance.
