Job summary

Planet Fitness - PF Baseline Fitness in Elk River, MN is seeking a trainer to run the PE@PF program, guide members to achieve fitness goals, and promote class sign-ups. You will also assist at the front desk and help maintain a clean, welcoming club environment.

The role requires completing a fitness trainer certification, strong customer service skills, and reliability. Compensation ranges from $14.25 to $16.00 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Conduct and run the Planet Fitness PE@PF program, including creating and following the schedule.
• Consult with members regarding their fitness goals and instruct them on proper equipment use.
• Create bi-weekly exercise updates.
• Meet class requirements based on club size and member traffic.
• Assist in front desk activities: answer phones, check members in, sign-ups, tours, updating accounts.
• Respond to member questions and concerns and elevate as needed.
• Maintain neatness and appearance of the club.
