Job summary

Baseline Fitness in Saint Paul, MN is seeking a Trainer to lead the Planet Fitness PE@PF program and help new members reach their fitness goals by designing simple workouts and teaching proper equipment use.

You will promote class sign-ups, develop bi-weekly exercise updates, assist with front desk duties (sign-ins, tours) and ensure a clean, welcoming club environment for all members.

• Completed fitness trainer certification.

Responsibilities

• Conduct and run the Planet Fitness PE@PF program, including creating and following the schedule.
• Consult with members regarding their fitness goals and instruct them on how to use the equipment properly and safely.
• Creating creative and unique ways to promote PE@PF class sign-ups.
• Create bi-weekly updates consisting of a variety of exercises.
• Meet class requirements based on club size and member traffic.
• Assist in front desk related activities including: Answer phones, check members into the system, new member sign-up, tours.
• Respond to member questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner and elevate to Team Lead, MIT or Club Manager as needed.
• Help maintain the neatness/cleanliness of the club.
• Assist in cleanliness and appearance of club.
• Changing/updating member account information
