Planet Fitness - PF Baseline Fitness is seeking a Full Time Trainer to lead the PE@PF program and assist members in reaching fitness goals by designing simple workout plans and teaching proper use of equipment.

You will consult with members, promote class sign-ups, and help with front desk duties while maintaining a clean and welcoming club environment in Minnesota. The role emphasizes customer service, punctuality, and teamwork.

• Completed fitness trainer certification.

Responsibilities

• Conduct and run the Planet Fitness PE@PF program, including creating and following the schedule.
• Consult with members regarding their fitness goals and instruct them on how to use the equipment properly and safely.
• Create creative and unique ways to promote PE@PF class sign-ups.
• Create bi-weekly updates consisting of a variety of exercises.
• Meet class requirements based on club size and member traffic.
• Assist in front desk related activities including: answering phones, checking members in, new member sign-up, tours, and updating account information.
• Respond to member questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner and elevate to Team Lead, MIT or Club Manager as needed.
• Help maintain the neatness/cleanliness of the club.
