Zusammenfassung

Orangetheory Fitness in the OTF 904 Region is seeking a dedicated Fitness Coach to join our team. This role offers Full Time/Part Time hourly appointments and pays $30-$50 per class, coaching predesigned workouts to groups of 10+.

You will report to the Studio Manager and create a fun, inclusive fitness experience while maintaining a clean, safe environment. Required Certifications: ACSM, ACE, NSCA, NASM, AFFA plus CPR/AED; previous group or personal training experience is preferred.

Qualifikationen

• Must hold current fitness certification from an OTF approved company such as ACSM, ACE, NSCA, NASM, AFFA.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Preferred 1+ years of experience teaching groups or personal training in the fitness industry.
• Must be able to safely lift and move 40lbs.

Aufgaben

• Successfully coach predesigned workouts to groups of 10+.
• Create a fun and inclusive fitness experience for all levels.
• Provide a clean and safe environment for members to work out in.
• Energize and motivate clients through the sessions.
• Build attendance and retain members.
• Modify specific exercises to accommodate various skill levels.
• Attend monthly/ quarterly staff meetings and regional trainings.
• Handle member concerns.
• Assist in the sales process.
