Orangetheory Fitness is seeking a dedicated OTF Fitness Coach to deliver scientifically predesigned workouts for groups, coach up to 45 clients per session, and drive member engagement in a supportive, energetic studio environment.

You will focus on endurance, strength and power, using provided tools to optimize client results and experience; opportunities for growth across studio locations and brand expansion.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in an exercise related field is preferred.
• Must currently hold fitness certification from an OTF approved education company (ACSM, ACE, ISSA, NCSF, NASM, NCSA or AFAA).
• CPR/AED certification is required.

Mansioni

• Lead, inspire and motivate members through demonstrating exercises and proper techniques of pre-defined workouts.
• Explain exercises and ensure participants understand correct form and safety.
• Manage class dynamics and foster a positive, inclusive atmosphere.
• Understand the science behind the Orangetheory Fitness workouts (heart-rate-interval training).
• Maintain safety and address any safety concerns; administer basic first aid if necessary.
• Engage and retain members.
