Job summary

Orangetheory Fitness in OTF 904 Region is seeking an energetic Fitness Coach to lead high-energy, results-driven group classes. You will deliver predesigned workouts, motivate members, and provide a personal training experience within a group setting.

Requirements include coaching experience, fitness certification from ACSM/ACE/NSCA/NASM/AFFA, CPR/AED, ability to lift 40 lbs, and strong customer service. This is a full-time/part-time hourly position with pay per class.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of physiology and safe exercise techniques.

Responsibilities

• Coach predesigned workouts to groups of 10+
• Provide a fun, inclusive fitness experience for all levels
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for members to work out
• Energize and motivate clients during sessions
• Build attendance and retain members
• Attend staff meetings and regional trainings
• Handle member concerns
• Assist in the sales process
