Job summary

Orangetheory Fitness is seeking a part-time Coach to lead energetic group workouts and deliver exceptional member experiences in our studio environment. You will engage members, track progress, and support sales and retention goals while maintaining a welcoming studio atmosphere.

Qualified candidates bring 1 year of group fitness experience, a current OT-approved certification, and strong communication with diverse members.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
Current Orangetheory Fitness approved fitness certification required.
Minimum of 1 year of group fitness training or personal training experience required.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and motivate diverse members.

Responsibilities

Deliver an engaging, high-energy group workout experience for all members each class session.
Provide a welcoming, inclusive, and motivating experience reflecting brand standards.
Accurately complete member documentation and records using company systems.
Participate in scheduled team meetings, trainings, and professional development.
Conduct studio tours, communicate membership options, and respond to questions about programs and services.
Support achievement of individual and team sales goals through outreach and lead generation.
