Qualifications

• Deliver high energy, fun class to help members achieve success.
• Intermediate knowledge of physiology, exercise technique, and body mechanics.
• Must hold current fitness certification from an OTF approved company.
• CPR/AED certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Successfully coach predesigned workouts to groups of 10+.
• Create a fun and inclusive fitness experience for all levels.
• Provide a clean and safe environment for members to workout in.
• Energize and motivate clients through the sessions.
• Build attendance and retain members.
• Modify exercises to accommodate various skill levels.
• Attend staff meetings and trainings.
• Handle member concerns and assist in sales process.
