Chuze Fitness in Anaheim is seeking enthusiastic fitness instructors to lead Les Mills BodyCombat, Indoor Cycling, and Zumba classes. You will build community with members, deliver high-energy sessions, and complete onboarding with ongoing training.

The role emphasizes safety, adherence to licensing, and maintaining a spotless gym. You will participate in department meetings and take part in promotional events while enjoying on-site perks and a supportive team culture.

Formación

• English proficiency required.

Responsabilidades

• Build a strong rapport and sense of community with members by maintaining a consistent coaching schedule and providing safe and motivating sessions for participants.
• Deliver classes within Chuze guidelines, arriving prepared with any necessary equipment and music with adherence to licensing agency requirements.
• Complete Chuze onboarding and training materials before teaching live sessions and maintain knowledge of updates.
• Maintain Chuze cleanliness standards during and after sessions and ensure gym presentation is always extraordinarily clean.
• Engage in the growth and development process by utilizing feedback from the Fitness Manager through regular check-ins, training, and session evaluations.
• Participate in ongoing fitness industry education and maintain proof of current credentials.
• Maintain professional relationships through communication and teamwork with all Chuze staff to meet member and facility needs.
• Attend and participate in regularly scheduled Fitness department meetings and special promotional events to promote participation in Chuze Fitness offerings.
• Utilize the Fitness Communication Platform for essential department communications
