Qualifications

• Fitness Professional with current, nationally recognized certification
• Ability to motivate a large group while providing cueing to all fitness levels
• Excellent team-based communication with the capacity to receive and deliver feedback
• Ability to operate basic Audio/Visual equipment
• Organized self-starter with effective problem-solving and multitasking skills
• Ability to maintain appropriate confidentiality and build rapport with others
• CPR/First Aid certified

• Deliver exceptional member experience with a consistent class schedule and strong rapport
• Complete onboarding and stay up to date on class formats and standards
