Chuze Fitness is seeking a Fit Pro to lead various exercise classes designed to improve participants’ fitness and well-being. You will build community, deliver engaging sessions, and maintain high standards of safety and cleanliness in a dynamic gym environment.

You will complete onboarding, stay updated with class changes, and participate in ongoing education while maintaining credentials. This on-site role includes benefits and opportunities to advance within the fitness team.

Qualificações

• CPR certification preferred.
• Ability to read, write and speak English.

Responsabilidades

• Build rapport and sense of community with members by maintaining a consistent coaching schedule and providing motivating sessions.
• Deliver classes within Chuze guidelines, arriving prepared with equipment and music and adhering to licensing requirements.
• Complete onboarding and training materials before teaching live sessions and stay updated on changes.
• Maintain Chuze cleanliness standards during and after sessions and keep gym presentation clean.
• Engage in growth by using feedback from the Fitness Manager through check-ins and evaluations.
• Participate in ongoing fitness industry education and maintain current credentials.
• Maintain professional relationships with Chuze staff to meet member and facility needs.
• Attend Fitness department meetings and promotional events to promote participation in Chuze offerings.
• Use the Fitness Communication Platform for essential department communications.
