Job summary

Chuze Fitness in Florida is seeking a certified Fitness Professional to lead high-energy classes across our club. You will motivate participants, deliver safe, effective workouts, and foster a welcoming, community-centered experience for members at all levels.

Responsibilities include onboarding, staying current with formats, embracing feedback, and contributing to a positive team culture. Perks include free MAX and iChuze memberships, 401K, and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Current, nationally recognized certification as a fitness professional.
• Ability to motivate large groups and cue all fitness levels.
• Strong team communication and receptiveness to feedback.
• Ability to operate basic Audio/Visual equipment.
• Organized self-starter with problem-solving and multitasking skills.
• Maintains confidentiality and builds rapport with others.
• CPR/First Aid certified

• Lead safe, motivating, high-energy classes that build community and help participants reach goals.
• Deliver an exceptional member experience through a consistent schedule and strong rapport.
• Complete onboarding and stay updated on class formats and company standards.
• Embrace feedback from leadership to grow skills and elevate the member experience.
• Stay current on industry trends, certifications, and best practices for your classes.
• Collaborate with club teams to support member needs and promote a positive culture.
• Participate in department meetings, events, and promotions to grow class participation.
