Qualifications

• Ability to read, write and speak English clearly.
• Organized self-starter with problem solving and multitasking skills.
• Ability to operate basic Audio/Visual equipment.
• Excellent team-based communication and feedback reception.
• Ability to motivate a large group across fitness levels.
• 1 year: Fitness Professional with current, nationally recognized certification.

Responsibilities

• Build rapport and community with members through consistent coaching.
• Deliver classes within Chuze guidelines with prepared equipment and music.
• Complete onboarding and stay updated on materials.
• Maintain cleanliness and a pristine gym presentation.
• Use feedback from the Fitness Manager for growth and evaluations.
• Engage in ongoing fitness education and keep credentials current.
• Maintain professional relationships with staff to meet member needs.
• Attend fitness department meetings and promotional events.
• Utilize the Fitness Communication Platform for dept. communications.
• Provide complimentary Chuze memberships and other perks.
