Chuze Fitness in Escondido, CA is seeking a passionate fitness professional to lead high-energy classes that engage members and build a welcoming community. You will deliver safe, effective workouts, provide excellent service, and maintain a positive, energetic environment across sessions.

The role requires current national certification and CPR/First Aid; you will onboard quickly, stay updated on formats, and collaborate with club teams to grow participation and member satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Fitness professional with current national certification.
• Excellent group motivation and cueing for all levels.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• CPR/First Aid certified.
• Able to operate basic A/V equipment.

• Lead safe, high-energy classes that build community and confidence.
• Deliver an exceptional member experience with a consistent class schedule and equipment readiness.
• Complete onboarding and stay up to date on class formats, programming, and company standards.
