Activate Group, a fast-growing UK business, seeks a finance leader in the United States to manage group and subsidiary statutory accounts, lead the month-end close, and oversee year-end audit with VAT and tax planning.

You will partner with the Director of Finance and external auditors, own internal controls, and help ensure compliant reporting. The role offers development opportunities in a supportive team and a strong benefits package.

Responsibilities

• Manage group and subsidiary statutory accounts, leading on fraud prevention and compliance.
• Prepare monthly management accounts and lead the month end close process.
• Oversee year end audit and ensure FRS 102 compliance.
• Own internal controls, VAT returns, and tax planning.
