Job summary

You will collaborate with the Group Financial Control team on automation, SOX readiness, and regulatory reporting, driving efficiency while supporting new product launches in a fast-paced fintech setting.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in corporate accounting or financial control roles.
• CPA qualification or progress toward certification.
• Expertise in US GAAP and month-end close in a complex organization.

Responsibilities

• Support month-end close and approve journal entries.
• Manage account reconciliations and improve documentation quality.
• Analyze monthly and quarterly flux to explain drivers behind financial statement movements.
• Build out the local accounting infrastructure.
• Support SOX implementation and respond to external auditor requests.
• Drive process improvement initiatives to automate manual entries in Oracle NetSuite.
• Provide accounting advice on new product implementations and market expansion in the US.
• Collaborate with the Group Financial Control team on global automation and control enhancements.
• Ensure financial reporting remains compliant with US GAAP and local regulatory standards.
